Bringing Everything Into Balance
I was so ready to get into this new year, it never occurred to me that I may experience any resistance. Usually I have my next calendar ready and waiting and the old one barely makes it to New Years day before I have switched them out. This year, I just changed my calendar on the 12th, and the only one I changed was the main one in our kitchen. I just haven't had the gumption to get the others going, but thankfully, I am feeling that shifting dramatically, as are so many other things on a globally personal scale.
Mercury Retrograde, followed shortly by a Full Moon/Blue Moon/Lunar eclipse really packed a punch for many of us. It felt like the world was moving full steam ahead to all of a sudden having its feet stuck in cold molasses. Things were still moving and moving fast, but they weren't necessarily going anywhere. It really was perplexing and though the information was coming through, I found it challenging to even want to listen to it. The deeper I went within, the more I could feel I needed to be there, and at the same time did not want to be quiet and solitary. Fighting against the inward journey became a futile effort and when I finally succumbed, I realized I wasn't alone at all. Many others were taking, or fighting, that journey as well.
This year is bringing on the necessity that everyone be able to BE THEMSELVES, really who they are without any false pretenses or masks. If you are finding yourself in a place of resisting there just may be an aspect of your Truth that you are hiding in that area of your life. This year we will find that we are seeking a balance between ourselves, our relationships, our desires and how we express each of these to the world. There will be no more support from the Universe in living dualistic ways. We are who we are who we are. Bottom line.
I have always said the church I went to as a small child was the biggest bunch of closet psychics I have ever known. They would never admit an interest in such things but couldn't resist it at the same time. And know things, oh my goodness, these people know things. They are just innately intuitive and couldn't turn it off. Well, they are the prime example of what I a mean by living a dualistic way. It would be fun to be a fly on the wall in that church as everyone starts coming out with true beliefs and knowings. We are all in touch with Universal Knowledge, like it or not, and we all have access to it. The more people get on board with this, the easier it is for everyone else... Even if they are not trying.
For several years there has been a buzz about the Divine Feminine by many names. Some just refer to it as The Quickening. I have always referred to it as a Spherical Paradigm. This not so new, but now blatantly here, energy is very nurturing in nature. It supports and provides for our hearts desires just as a mother with child provides for the needs of the fetus. It is an innate design and can be no different. It wraps around us and allows us to create and manifest anything we choose. The vibration is high and like a jewelry cleaning machine, it will shake off all the debris until we are polished and sparkled. How fantastic!
So I had to ask! If this is the way it is, and I know it is because I am seeing it all over the place, then what was the resistance going into the new year? This new energy is loving and nurturing; that also includes good boundaries, We are encouraged and directed to see clearly our highest and best, however, it is up to us to make those choices or not and we will live with those results. Because we are in this spherical design, we are now no longer able to deny or ignore things that we have to deal with. In some way these unresolved issues are going to stay in our energy field until we release them. This energy supports and provides for our desires, but it doesn't DO them for us. We have to create our own dreams. If something stands in the way of manifesting those dreams, WE have to make the decision what we are going to do about it and WE have to act on that decision. That will include the right to NOT manifest that particular dream, although we will feel the density of lower vibrations more acutely now should we choose to align with those.
Take some time now at the beginning of this year to really assess what you want in your life, what you are already doing to support that, and what you are doing that may be holding you back from having it. If something needs to be shifted, tap into the loving, nurturing aspect of yourself and ask for clear guidance on how to do the shifting gently. Remember, you are doing the creating so let your path be as smooth as you possible. Be open to listening and feeling for the right timing to approach different things and don't try to juggle everything at once. Take your time and as you adjust to this new energy and open to your Truth, everything will come into balance.

My 18 year old son lost a dear friend on New Year's Day. This wonderful young man graced our home on many occasions, always with a smile on his face.
